La seguente select per Mysql (che può essere migliorata, perchè l’ho generata molto rapidamente) estrae tutti i Tags contenuti in un database WordPress.

FROM wp_terms, wp_term_taxonomy, wp_term_relationships, wp_posts
WHERE wp_term_taxonomy.taxonomy = 'post_tag'
AND wp_term_taxonomy.term_id = wp_terms.term_id
AND wp_term_taxonomy.term_taxonomy_id = wp_term_relationships.term_taxonomy_id
AND wp_term_relationships.object_id = wp_posts.ID
AND wp_terms.term_id = wp_term_taxonomy.term_id
{$exclude_sql}
GROUP BY tag_name
ORDER BY tag_name
